WPF ArgumentNullException en ShowDialog()

La solución para WPF ArgumentNullException en ShowDialog()

Tengo un botón en una ventana que abre una segunda ventana y funciona bien. Traté de agregar un segundo botón ahora que también abre una ventana diferente, pero esta no parece funcionar.
Hice exactamente el mismo código para ambos Windows, excepto el nombre u otras cosas más pequeñas que no deberían romper el código.

Cuando hago clic en el primer botón, la segunda ventana se muestra perfectamente bien y funciona, pero cuando hago clic en el segundo botón, aparece una excepción "System.ArgumentNullException" @ .ShowDialog(); función.

Pruebe y desactive la virtualización en el DataGrid del cuadro de diálogo que muestra:
VirtualizingPanel.IsVirtualizing="False" . También intente deshabilitar EnableRowVirtualization EnableColumnVirtualization en caso de que esté habilitado.

Resuelve este problema al menos para algunas personas.

Gracias @TamBui por enseñarme cosas nuevas en la depuración, mi error inicial es profundo en una fábrica donde no agregué un objeto a mi ObservableCollection.

Incluso verifiqué si la Colección está vacía con
if(!ObservableCollection.Any) pero no se ejecutó. Extraño.
