Boost 1.60 kann mit Visual Studio 2015 Pro nicht erstellt werden
Plattform ist Windows Server 2012R2. Installierte Toolsets sind VS2015 mit Update 1 und Windows Driver Kit 10.
Ich führe die "VS2015 x64 Native Tools Command Prompt" aus, navigiere zu meinem entpackten Ordner boost_1_60_0 und führe bootstrap.bat aus (habe auch mit einer Option 'msvc' ausgeführt).
Es schlägt schnell fehl:

Irgendwelche Gedanken, warum ich nicht bauen kann? Diese Seite schlägt vor, dass es sehr unkompliziert sein sollte.

Aufbauend auf Tmaytos Antwort und der Problemumgehung, die ich in meinem Kommentar dort erwähnt habe, habe ich diesen ctype.h gefunden befand sich nicht in der Struktur von Visual Studio, sondern in der Struktur von Windows Kits. Außerdem befand es sich nicht innerhalb des durch %INCLUDE% angegebenen Pfads , aber in 10.0.10240.0\ucrt (und 10.0.10150.0\ucrt ). Also habe ich 10.0.10586.0 markiert als versteckt zusätzlich zu wdf (Details siehe Bild unten). Jetzt baut sich Boost auf.
MS muss wirklich ihre Sachen reparieren! Anscheinend geht eines der Skripte einfach blind davon aus, dass sich die Header im Ordner "neueste" oder "höchste Nummerierung" befinden.
Ich weiß nicht, welche Auswirkungen dies haben wird, da ich noch nicht begonnen habe, den benötigten Treiber zu kompilieren ... es ist sehr beunruhigend, solche Dinge zu tun und möglicherweise später etwas Wesentliches zu beschädigen.
AKTUALISIEREN :Wenn WDK 10 und SDK 10 installiert sind, wird 10.0.10586.0 Ordner ordnungsgemäß gefüllt ist, muss er nicht zusätzlich als versteckt markiert werden. Obwohl ich nicht weiß, welches Kit diesen Ordner bereitgestellt hat, vermute ich, dass das vorherige Fehlen von Headern darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass eine frühere Version installiert wurde.
